  • PYGMALION by: Gisselle Alonzo
  • There is a man in Cyprus named Pygmalion, a gifted sculptor who is a woman-hater.
  • He detest the faults beyond measure which nature has given to women that's why he resolved never to marry.
  •
  •
  • The only thing that Pygmalion loved was his art, his sculpting. Ironically, he created a statue of a woman.
  • This is turning out fine.
  •
  •
  • He named his creation, Galatea.
  • Either he could not dismiss what he so disapproved of from his mind that he created the perfect woman with  unattainable beauty so that men will see what kind they have to put up with.
  •
  • While sculpting the figure of Galatea, Pygmalion fell in love with her beauty that he pretended and wished Galatea to be his wife.
  • I think i'm inlove with her.
