- Eric is a successful adult and often buys a bunch of unnecessary electronic devices, all the latest versions and not using the old ones.
- He's disappointed with the amount of e-wastes he's been seeing on the internet lately. Eric wants to contribute in reducing them and saving the earth. He has no idea what to do with his old devices

- Eric's friend, Kevin introduced him to an app which have features to help save the earth, one of the features being a service that helps with reducing the e-wastes and help people in need.
- Eric started using the app and fills in the required information. The app's feature gives Eric two options; Donate or Browse.
