Clauses are very important to the English language because they are what make up sentences there is literally no complete sentence that doesn't have a clause. Phrases are also very important because they provide extra information to a maybe dry sentence.
Why are these so called pharases and clauses so important to the English language?
Well father we need semi colons to sperate two independent clauses that relate to one another, while we need colons to list things that all relate to one thing.
Why do we need these treacherous semi colons and colons?
Silly cashier dependent clauses need independent clauses because if not people would just be speaking in incomplete thoughts and that would be confusing.
Ugh stupid independent clauses I wish we could just speak in dependent clauses everything would be so much eaiser
You fool a subordinating conjunction links together a dependent clause and a independent clause.
MAAAAAAAN what the heck does a subordinating conjunction.
When we go to these places, they always throw bread at my head.
When you wear those shoes, your toes look trashy.
While I was at football today, I got ran over by one of the older guys it was quite frustrating.
That's funny your trash you aways complain, when I hit you.
I know I don't like that either, when it hits my head.
Franklin my dog Roosevelt you couldn't be more wrong colons are the best. My diggidy dog you forget why colons are superior they list things that all relate to one thing. If anyone should use colons its you your speech the other day where you were like "We must defeat all these axis countries Germany, japan, and Italy." You should've thrown in a gosh darn colon in front of the list of axis countries nemrodog.
Brosif Stalin listen to me semicolons are better than colons you use them to separate two independent clauses like with your speech the other day "we must purge our enemy's. They must be cleansed of their wrong actions." It would sound and look so much better with a semicolon instead of that period.
