  • I do bite my thumb, sir.
  • Do you bite your thumb at us, sir?
  • Act 2
  • So smile the heavens upon this holy act, that after-hours with sorrow chide us not!
  • Romeo and Juliet features major times of rivalry, as shown through the constant problems caused by the fighting between Capulet and Montague.
  • Act 3
  • Hold Tybalt! Good Mercutio!
  • I am Hurt!
  • Sampson and Gregory fight Abram and Balthasar, simply because they are rivals.
  • Act 4
  • Take thou this vial, being then in bed, and this distilled liquor drink thou off;
  • Romeo and Juliet wish to be married in secret by Friar Laurence, because they know that their parents would never allow it.
  • Act 5
  • As rich shall Romeo's by his lady's lie- Poor sacrifices of our enmity!
  • See what a scourge is laid upon your hate!
  • Mercutio picks a fight with Tybalt, then gets killed by him. Then Romeo gets revenge by killing Tybalt.
