  • The conclusion of the two foreign countries were examples of bad government and economy
  • The French and Americans wanted "equality before law", and the russians didnt like the governments ability to "handle" conflicts.
  • All 3 countries were governed by an autocracy, before the countries changed their governments  
  • The French and Russian's majority of the population was extremely poor people, while America had half of the population poor people
  • French and America had problems with the economy, and the Russians had conflicts with other countries
