  • WORKING CONDITIONS
  • FACTORIES
  • The ceo's and bosses of the company Nike sit comfortably in there leather chairs heated rooms designing shoes on there million dollar computers.
  • Sleeping slaves
  • Working conditions are cruel in the warehouse there are, very cold temperatures barely any room, and the food they eat is just enough for them to continue working . When they work the fabric used gives of harmful gases, making almost all workers sick in some way. This is all just for a bit of money not enough to buy even a full meal.
  • Vietnam rebels
  • These factories will be packed with thousand of workers who are willing to work many hours overtime just to earn a bit more that could at most buy them a packet of crisps.         Nike became Vietnam's largest foreign employer with ten factories employing 40,000 people.
  • Poverty
  • Even when they had the time to rest it wasn't a good time as they did not have any heating or ac and in some cases a mattress. This is their reward.
  •  The Vietnamese government attacked Nike for its practices, and the stories of the abuse to workers were spread. Even though some were found out to be false. The harm was already done. Nike now argue to have improved the conditions and talk about it on their website www.nikebiz.com
  • Even today the money these people are making is still not enough to supply them with essentials needed to survive and bring up a good family or even pay for their kids education
