  • You are being deported due to being a possible Alien Enemy to our nation.
  • The federal Judiciary Act of 1789 created the 3 fundamental steps for federal court: It made the Trial courts, Supreme courts, and an appeals court. I was signed on Sep. 24 by George Washington.
  • Marbury V Madison
  • The decision is made! Judicial review is now here to decide if laws are unconstitutional!
  • In 1791, a tax on whiskey in the U.S. caused a large protest of farmers and ended in 1794. This showed that the government was strong.
  • Louisiana Purchase
  • Thats a deal!
  • I am willing to give you the louisiana territory for $15 million.
  • This was part of a series of acts that gave the government more power. They were given the ability to deport citizens from another nation that they thought could be dangerous. This act was passed in 1798.
  • Sedition Act
  • You are not allowed to speak out about the government!
  • Marbury V Madison was a court case in 1803 that established Judicial Review. Federal courts could now say if laws are unconstitutional or not. 
  • This was a huge land purchase made by Thomas Jefferson. He bought the louisiana territory from France worth $15 million dollars. This happened on 1803 with the France statesman, Napoleon Bonaparte
  • The sedition acts are a series of acts made in 1798 because of the fear of Aliens being allies with France. The sedition acts made U.S citizens unable to speak out about the government and protest.
