  • In order to take a shower you will need to take off all your clothes first. You will need turn the handle to turn the water on and make the temperature to whatever suits you. I like between 70 and 80 degrees. You will then need to get your whole body and your hair wet. Then, you will need to put a little over a quarter size of shampoo into your hand and put it into your hair. You will need to make sure that all of it is soapy and well into your hair. 
  •  Then once you do that put your face under the water and rinse in out very well. You will then want to put a quarter amount of body soap on a rag. You will lather everywhere on your body. You will then get back under the water and rinse good. Once that is done you will turn the water completely off and grab a towel and dry off.After that you will put your clothes on and close the shower curtain to make sure everything dry out well.
  • In order to brush your teeth you will first need to select your toothbrush. Then you will need to put the toothbrush under the running water of the sink to get it a little wet. After that you will need to put just a dab of toothpaste on the toothbrush. Then you will put the toothbrush in your mouth and move it back and fourth to move it across all of your teeth to make sure they get good and clean. 
  • After that you will spit out everything in your mouth and rinse out the toothbrush and put it back from where you got it. Then you will cup your hands, fill them with water, and rinse your mouth out with it. Then you will spit it out and turn off the faucet. 
  • Now we will learn how to properly wash our face. First you will tie up work hair to get it out of your  face and away from the soap. Then you will make sure nothing in on your face ( piercings, makeup, etc.). After this you will wet your face. Then you will either wet a rag and put a quarter size drop of face soap on it or put the soap on wet hands.  
  • Then you will lather all of the soap all over your face. Make sure that it is everywhere then rinse your hands or rag. After this rewet  your hands or rag and go all over your face and make sure that you get every bit of the soap off of your face. Then you will get a dry towel and pat your face dry.
