Mrs for instance, Africans wouldn't wear robes, and other long dresses as opposed to Indians who wear these daily.
Families and groups with a mixture of cultures normally have issues with the dress code. Because they are not allowed to wear certain clothing.
Correct. Also some families do not like to mix with other racial groups because this would lead to an alter in their culture. They like to keep their culture original.
Mrs does this mean that in most families they have a monoculture?
This may lead to many conflicts in the work place. Thus employees would have to learn to cooperate with each other.
Precisely. Also, at other social groups, such as work places the employees find it hard to communicate with persons with different backgrounds.
Very good. But diversity sometimes helps because, diverse work groups often have better ideas because of broader backgrounds. They normally understand the global market better.
Yes Mrs Don't forget that language would somewhat impact on groups and families. This may lead to difficult communication.
