There are three main wellness's. Physical, Mental, and Social. You have to keep each one healthy in order to be healthy. One of the three wellness's are physical. Physical wellness is very important. But Physical doesn't mean always working out. It also means eating healthy and having healthy habits that can sustain you for the rest of your life. You want to make sure your always physical. Staying constantly physical can make you feel great and prevents your body from getting overweight or getting a disease like cancer. All in all, in order to be physically healthy make sure to eat healthy and be physically active.
Another wellness is called social. Social wellness is how you feel around other people. For example, if you always make friends and love to talk to people, your social wellness is healthy. Also, if you stress a lot but talk to people you love and/or know, shows how comfortable you are around people. In the end, talking to people and making new friends can boots your self-esteem and your socail wellness.
Finally, Emotional/Mental Wellness. Being Emotioanly healthy means you are close to all of your emotions, feelings, and reactions. Being emotionally healthy can help you cope with the emotional challenges of life. An example is when you learn to cope with the fact your parents had a divorse or when a family member dies and you carry on with your life. Knowing that someoneone past. To conclude, keeping all of these wellness healthy can keep you healthy in the long run. So you can live a long and healthy life.
