Storyboard Text

  • These two men just bumped into each other...
  • Hey you! What do you think of yourself...blind or what? You idiot...if you can't walk properly, better stay at home!
  • Listen, I didn't see you coming... But anyways, Sorry.
  • What kind of a person are you? First you purposely bump into an inspector and then act like it was a mistake. Wow! You will have to pay a heavy price for this!
  • How was it my fault? Even you didn't see me coming! But I'm not verbally abusing you...
  • Excuse me sir, why are you insulting this gentleman? He already said sorry!
  • Who are you to teach me law! Firstly I'm a government official, and secondly I have the freedom of speech and expression!
  • I'm a citizen of Canada, and as a citizen, I have the right to stop and report any kind of injustice.
  • Hmm...inspector, I'll drag you to the court for this!
  • At the court...
  • Your honour, just because I accidentally bumped into this inspector, he insulted me. Me and this gentleman tried to stop him, but he didn't listen.
  • Your honour... I'm a noble inspector. I can say whatever I want due to my freedom of speech an expression!
  • No you can't officer!
  • The end!
  • You're right about your freedom of speech and expression, but unfortunately, in this case, you're guilty according to the Notwithstanding Clause of the Charter, as you are troubling others to practice your freedom.
