Oh, it's ok coach, by kneeling for the anthem that provides me freedom, I'm accurately protesting rights for colored people.
Colin Kaepernick, quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers, is the the target of my satire. This is because this year he started kneeling for the national anthem before games to try to protest the oppression of colored people in America. I satirized this because I personally think it is ridiculous to dishonor our entire country over one problem that doesn't really even effect him personally. My main technique was sarcasm when Kaepernick is saying it is a good protest when really it isn't. I think this is an ethical lense because Colin is protesting the ethics of our country. I think my satire is fairly successful because it shows off an effective use of sarcasm to show the issue at hand.
