Jealousy In this scene after Reef gets dropped off to North Hills group home, Reef is not giving any attention to his friend Scar while he is giving most of his attention to his other friend. Scar is keeping her mouth closed and in the book it says that her muscles in her jaw were tightening. In this case jealousy is being shown because Scar is not getting the attention she wants. Jealousy In this situation, a person who has been working there best doesn't get promoted while the other person who has been lazy gets promoted. The person who didn't get promoted gets jealous and may show negative energy towards that person. In a workplace, situations like this may happen when you feel like you have been robbed of a promotion. This is an example of jealousy because when you see other people doing good, the other person could do many things to shutdown your success.
