My name is Bob Ross. I will be teaching you about natural selection
What beautiful clouds kids
Overproduction of offspring, this is when the parent has an overload of offspring. Most of the babies die. This is due to the lack of resources. Like frog eggs.
Then there is variation. This is when the DNA changes due to a mutation or random mating between organisms. This is important because natural selection can't do that.
Selection is when the best adapted individuals are most likely to survive and reproduce.
The last step I want to talk about is Adaptation. This is when an organism inherits a characteristic that increases its chance of survival. There are structural which are physical adaptations. There are Behavioral adaptations. And there are Functional adaptations.
