  • 15 years from now ...
  • Hey Jakob, remember that comic we did on the battle of Antietam? Yeah, the one that the Union won and stopped General Lee from attacking the north! It was so bloody, some rivers turned red! And what's funny is that people had picnics on side of the battlefield and watch the gore for fun! It all started on September 17, 1862 near Sharpsburg, Maryland, on the Antietam Creek.
  • Oh yeah!
  • Confederacy
  • Union
  • Did you know that General George McClellan was fired shortly after the battle. Abraham Lincoln apparently didn't like that the south retreated and got away. He wanted them to destroy the entire army.
  • Yeah, that was weird how people would stop and watch the fight and have a picnic!
  • *Rude by MAGIC!
  • Why you gotta be so rude? Don't you know I'm human too?*
  • In the end, there were over 22,000 casualties in this battle. 12,000 for the union and 10,000 for the confederates.
  • Oh brother!
  • So what did you learn about the Battle of Antietam?
  • That I have amazing dance moves!
