  • The date is 1869 and it is election day. Men of color can not yet vote and they are furious. Will there ever be a change?
  • How come I am not allowed to vote for who runs this country but you can?!
  • Uh, I don't know.
  • The year is 1870. Men of color are rejoicing because they can finally vote due to the 15th amendment being passed.
  • As a woman it is time for us to fight for our rights! We are people too and the constitution should realize that. We demand the right to vote! Now.
  • The year is now 1920 and women can vote. All over the country there is relief for their hard work. These women celebrate on the white house's front steps
  • Due to colored men and all women speaking up and demanding their rights, the 15th and 19th amendment have been passed. These amendments allow them to now vote for laws and people that hold office.
