Some of the clouds mean bad weather such as: the cumulonimbus and the stratus clouds mean rain usually. The other types mean good weather usually. The weather moves because of winds the wind pushes the clouds which is what moves the weather.
so how do we get rain then ?
When the water evaporates it turns into condensation which is water droplets and when condensation gets to heavy it starts raining which is what we call precipitation.
so then what is the water cycle?
the cycle of processes by which water circulates between the earth's oceans, atmosphere, and land, involving precipitation as rain and snow, drainage in streams and rivers, and return to the atmosphere by evaporation and transpiration.
