"Hello! Welcome to my home... Egypt! Here we have the Mediterranean sea, red sea, the dead sea, the Nile delta and river, and the western and eastern desert!
This is the Nile River! It is very hard to navigate due to the cataracts! It protects from invaders, and limits trade and transportation! The seas we have allow invaders to attack, but it promotes our trade! Our deserts limit our trade and transportation, but protects us from our enemy! This benifits us, but not the enemies! Due to this, other civializations hate us!
Here in Egypt, we worship many gods. The Pharaoh is the highest class, nobles and scribes are under him, then there are craftspeople, farmers, traders and merchants, and slaves. This is our way of life. Most don't agree since they have different beliefs and cultural ideas for their way of life.
We have more of a.... dictator like government. Mostly because the Pharaoh makes all decisions, and nobody can change that. If the Pharaoh is unhappy, the Gods are not happy.
Some great leaders we once had was Queen Hatty, she made Egypt wealthy through trade, and Ramses! He was a great war leader and made peace between us and the Hittities!
Before I go to bed, lets talk about the history of Egypt. Egypt once fell into chaos until Ramses came along and solved the problem by making a peace treaty with the Hittites. When Queen Hatty was around, she made Egypt wealthy through trade, and built many monuments, that were destroyed by her step son when she died.
