  • Marble is created when Limestone is subjected to heat.
  • Metamorphic rocks form when heated by lava actually.
  • After the heat takes place, the compressing starts or pressure. This happens when dirt or other rocks compress against another.
  • Then Marble is complete! 
  • METAMORPHIC! !!!!!!!!!!!! Rock
  • Marble is also made with many rocks in it such as clay minerals, micas, quartz, pyrite, iron oxides, and graphite.It is composed primarily of the mineral calcite (CaCO3)
  • This is sorta what the compressing stage looks like.
  • And then one day it will end up here for someone to find it.
