They finally delivered the bags to the right room
The customer service supervisor is upset as one of his staff members have delivered the wrong bags to his room.
The customer service supervisor has set up an activity to help the develop personally and professionally as the bags weren't getting delivered to the correct rooms the customer service supervisor gave them a game called "Chinese Whisper", this will help them improve as instead of telling each other the room numbers they can write a note instead.
As you can see the customer is now satisfied and happy as he came back and realized that they deliver the bags to the right room, this shows that the customer service supervisors game of "Chinese Whisper" did help improve the service as it left the customer happy.
