"My name is Brock, the dragon slayer, I have come for a young apprentice, and am willing to pay well," said the man.
"Good sir, I hear you are looking for a servant my son will do you great, said the greedy man.
"I'm glad to be away from that old rag all he ever did was beat me", Ansel thought.
"Your father told me that you are mute or you do not have the ability to speak", spoke Brock.
Yes anything to stall that dreadful climb that he awaited in the morning!" thought Ansel.
"Ansel we will be sleeping here tonight and in the morning we find our dragon", said Brock reassuringly.
"Brock said there are no dragons", Ansel thought.
Brock is looking for a young boy servant to help him in all the chores, Brock may have to get done. Immediately, he is met with an older looking man offering his half beaten child to the giant person. "For a sack of coins and it is a done deal" said the selfish man. "Done deal," said Brock.
"What happened?", asked Fledgal
"What is your name?" Brock said curiously.
My name is Else and there is a dragon coming for me, said the girl sadly.
"You heard the girl I may not be able to fool these fools if there is an actual dragon!" said Brock dreadfully
Brock tells Ansel about all of the things that they will be after and why he needs a boy servant. Ansel whom was mute thought, about all of the horrific dragon stories he had heard, and the reflection on how his father despised him for not speaking.
"I have a bad feeling," thought Fledgal.
Soon Ansel and his master come to their destined village of where there is heard to be a dragon on their towering mountain and where they meet Father Fledgal. Ansel soon discovers that Brock believes that there is no such thing as dragons and takes the villagers as fools.
"Now I must actually slay the beast," said Brock.
"The dragon took Father Fledgal", said Else quietly.
"Oh no what happens if the beast comes back?" thought Ansel
The three soon stumble upon a girl named "Else". The three all went to shock when Else tells them that the villagers are the ones who sent her up to the mountain as the human sacrifice because her dad awoke the dragon.
The crew of four decided to camp for the night in a cave that was abandoned cave. Meanwhile, Brock confesses his ideal plan of fooling the villagers that he had killed the dragon and take an abundance of gold with him.
The dragon shows its face and kills Father Fledgal in a Jurassic manner. This leaves Brock the responsibility killing the dragon or getting him and the children to safety before the beast strikes again!
