- Let me help you to tidy your room and make your bed
- Carer arrives outside clients home
- My son really wants to go on a school trip, ..it's so expensive.....i'm going to have to work more shifts to pay for it..I don't know where I'm going to find the time to make more money

- Everything is so expensive nowadays.....i have to work so many hours to make ends meet..it's just not fair

- Carer helps client to get the room ready, whist discussing a personal problem she had with her husband and son about not being able to afford to pay for her son’s school trip

- The look on the clients face changes into one of worry.
