Our average life span in captivity is about 60 years.
Our average life span in the wild is about 40 years.
We are old enough to mate at 6 years old.
Our baby should be here in 27 to 31 days.
When our baby hatches it should weigh 3.2 to 2.5 ounces.
Our baby depends on us to defend her/him as their parents.
We love living around lakes because if a predator chases us into the water we will run to the other side of the lake.
We are very thankful for our lives because we are not endangered.
We have a life cycle that is pretty simple it goes like this.We start as an egg and hatch in 27 to 31 days.Next we are a kid we are not colorful we are just plain white at this age.
