Marik stumbles upon on the whereabouts of Duda and informs Beata.
Beata becomes mad and starts firing missiles at Austria’s navy, however, Kurz’s submarine is not effected. He then, meets up with Beata, and tells her of the plan and that her army has no chance of survival. Beata, knowing that it is her last chance to avenge for her uncle, sends a nuclear missile at Denmark’s fleet. She also loses her fleet in the process.
Beata becomes suspicious of Rasmussen’s and Rosenstern’s haste in Poland joining the union. She organizes to assassinate him by an accidental engine explosion, just before Rosenstern signs the papers, on his flight to England.
With all the army’s devasted, Norway’s army comes. Beata and Kurz escape while Marik stays behind with all the leftovers of the war surrounding him. He is the only survivor. Erna Solberg takes in Marik, and he tells her everything.
