Tom Robinson fits a mockingbird description because he was accused of a crime that he didn't committed but because he was a different color of skin he was founded guilty even though there was no way he could have done it because Mayella got beat up on her right side so he attacker would have to be left handed but Tom's left arm was paralyzed.
Boo Radley fits a mockingbird description because all his life he was misunderstood. People that he was crazy but all he really wanted to do was help people. Like when Bob Ewell was attacking Jem and Scout is when Boo came outside and helped them. Well more like saved them. But he went to jail for murder when he saved them because they think that he didn't have to kill Ewell.
