media gcse film storyboard
This storyboard does not have a description.
Charis is standing close to the camera and Mia is standing in the background. It is a mid shot of Charis and long shot of Mia. I have used these shots to show the characters vulnerability and to show that she's unaware of the danger behind her. I have used an eye level angle to help the audience relate to the character, because it feels like she's looking at them
This shot shows Charis' character running away from Mia's. She is running towards the camera which makes the audience feel fearful for the character because she has no where else to go.
This shot shows the character running again, but she's in a different place to show how far she's run, which suggests that she's extremely scared of the character behind her.
Charis' character has fallen over whilst running, and Mia's character is still quite far away. This suggests that protagonist has time to getup and run away without getting caught. This puts a sense of slight comfort in the audience because it helps them think that the antagonist won't win.
Charis gets up and dusts herself off, and Mia is right behind her. I have used a midst of Charis to show her facial expressions as she realises that she is in grave danger.
The last shot is of Charis being caught by Mia. I have used a point of view shot from the antagonist to show that the character is dominant and powerful because they have caught her, even though she was running.
