  • Once upon a time their was a king named Minos. He lived on island named Crete, he had everything a king would want
  • Sometimes he would send his Navy to Athens, across the sea.
  • One day King Athens got desperate, so he thought he could build a strong navy, strong enough to King Minos next time he attacked
  • King Athens made king Minos a deal, if king Minos does not attack for nine years he will send him 7 girls and 7 boys
  • The 7 girls and 7 boys that were sent would be eaten by an monster on Crete!
  • It was King Minos monster, he loved the monster more than anything else. King Mines didn't want anything, he only attacked Athens when he was bored.
  • King Minos monster looked forward to a treat evey 9 years
  • King Minos took the deal no one attacked, king Athens made his navy...... Everyone in Athens was upset! Prince Theseus he knew it was wrong to send people to eaten by a monster. "The Minotaur is a terrible monster! What makes you think you can kill it?" Cried his fathers "I'll find away!" Theseus replied "The gods will help me!" When the prince arrived on Crete King Minos daughter come to greet him. No one said anything... Late that night she wrote the prince a note. She wanted to help kill the monster. Prince Theseus waited at the gate, after awhile she showed up. The princess gave a sword and a ball of sting to the prince
  • Theseus tied the string to the door, using the sword that the princess gave him. Theseus killed has killed the beast!
