Storyboard Text

  • Jasmine arrives and Sunny's parents rush out the door. Sunny stays inside as she doesn't care to see her sister. Her father stops at the door confused.
  • That's...not...Jazz.
  • I'm here! I'm here! Did you miss me?
  • Jazz...You're really here!
  • Jazz goes upstairs and turns on the shower. Sunny and her father confused, go into the study to talk in private.
  • Jazz why don't you go get settled in before dinner, then we'll catch up.
  • Hi? I'm good.
  • Hey Sun! It's me Sunny, back from the dead. Hahaha! How are you?
  • Dad, You know that's not Jazz right?!
  • Sunny and her father decide not to tell her mother. They decide to investigate "Not-Jazz" and to only email each other information to keep things quiet. The two return to the kitchen to help with dinner.
  • Of course I do! Now lower your voice, I don't want to upset your mother!
  • Sunny made Not-Jazz a bath and sneaked into her room to search for clues about who this girl pretending to be Jazz was. She came across a diary in the top drawer of her nightstand. In it she wrote different acting techniques to become someone new, like Jazz.
  • I need to email dad!
  • Acting Diary
  • Sunny and her father email the information they got on Not-Jazz. Jazz decides to call the woman's number that the investigator gave her father tomorrow afternoon while Jazz was distracted with her mother.
  • sun1046: found diary in j room. imformation on not-j D3425: i called  investigator. said other same thing happen to women in Cali. (555)145-9803 woman #.
  • This Jazz impersonator could be the same girl that the woman reported on last year. I have to ask the woman as soon as Jazz is occupied.
  • Sunny called the woman and she told her a story about how a girl named Debra was her daughter's best friend and when her daughter got cancer and died, Debra became her. She called herself Rhonda, she acted like Rhonda and never went home. When Sunny asked her if Debra could be dangerous, the line went silent as Not-Jazz-Rhonda-Debra stood behind her with the cut phone cord in her hand. Sunny's mother walked in and told her to go.
  • What the heck Jazz, I'm sorry Debra, or is it Rhonda? If you're Jazz, why do you care?
  • Get out of this house and never come back! You're screwing people's lives up!
  • What are you talking about, I'm Jazz? Why were you talking to that woman? You little!...
