Hi, look! There's a little tin soldier. Let's send him sailing.
The little boy opens the box to find the twenty-four little tin soldiers and all different in different ways. One is missing a leg, one is missing an arm. That's when the little tin soldier with his musket on his arm and with his missing arm notices the ballerina he loves and think is beautiful. But a Bogey ,who loves the ballerina also, threatens the toy soldier.
Two boys in the street find the toy soldier after he was either pushed out the window or the wind blew him into the street and put him into a paper boat and sent him sailing.
In this scene he makes it to the river but the paper boat broke and he gets swallowed by a fish.
The short story element of theme (love) enhances the short story element of tone (belittling)
The fish has been caught and sold to someone who works in the house he belonged and was found and but back in place. And he saw the ballerina again.
The toy soldier was knocked over and fell into the oven and he looked at the ballerina as he melted. Next thing they know she fell in the oven and they melted together.
the short story element of conflict (person vs person) enhances the short story element of Plot (the quest)
