  • Reporter #1: And Lebron James scores another 3 to end the game!
  • Reporter #2: Which means that the Lakers won the match!
  • Reporter #2: Further data gives us the information that Lebron James has been scoring the most out of the team for the entire season!
  • Reporter #1: The primary data that we collected shows the qualitative data that Lebron James has scored 50 points in this game. This is a ratio of the qualitative data.
  • Reporter #1: Our time series data also shows that James has consistently been a good player. The qualitative data shows that he was the youngest player to receive a Rookie of the Year award.
  • Reporter #2: That is a good point. This shows clear experience and an advantage over the other players in the team, which is ordinal data.
  • Reporter #1: Not only this, but we gave out a survey to a sample of the people that came in today's game, and 82% of the population stated that Lebron James was the bes player on the team.
  • Reporter#2: This cross-sectional data is really pointing towards the fact that Lebron James might be the best player on the team.
  • Reporter #1: Hey, isn't that a bit of a biased question?
  • Reporter#2: Oh, sorry! What I meant to say was, what is your opinion of the best Lakers player on the team?
  • Reporter#2: So folks, with all of the information showing Lebron James's obvious skill over the other players, do you think that Lebron James is the best player on the Lakers?
  •  Francis: Even with all of the descriptive statistics that they are showing me here about Lebron James, I still think Cecillia Zheng and Hari Srinivasan are the best players on the team!
