SMART Goal 1 People have problems with there wireless connections and we will implement automation systems to improve customer response by 5% for saving time of our customers by end of December of this year.
SMART Goal 2 We will improve our customer satisfaction and communication going through some kind of surveys by increasing 10% in the end of this year in starting of December. From that we will get feedback about our work and we will improve our services.
SMART Goal 3 Our goal is to improve our employee satisfaction with some kind of reward program by 10%. With that happy employees treat customers with respect and faith and loyal about their work . We will implement this with that year on 25th of December.
SMART Goal 4 We will increase our customer satisfaction level by giving them first call solution for less time hold by improving 5% end of this year.
