Storyboard Text

  • Paris the prince of Troy and Helen, a Greek women. Helen was already married to a Greek man, King Menelaus. Paris and Helen  ran away together and traveled back to Sparta city of Troy.
  •      They took back many treasures from the palace of Menelaus.  This has started a war.     
  • The war has gone for 10 years. The Greeks kept on circling the city of Troy,  but they just couldn't brake in. The Greeks were so determined to take back Helen  but how would hey get through the main gates?
  • Yes! We have won the war!
  • The Greeks had a plan to trick the Trojans. They made a wooden horse,  but made it hollow so they could fit inside it. Many soldiers climb into the hole and waited for the Trojans to pull in the horse.
  • The Greeks had to make it seem believable that they left so they sailed to a nearby island while a few soldiers stayed in the horse.  They horse had an inscription on the side to make it believable 
  • The Trojans had believed them, they pulled in the wooden horse. The Greeks that were hiding inside snuck out at night and attacked the Trojans.  They had won the war.
