  • Hi, my name is Haseeb Anjum, I am the head manager of best method technologies. I would just like to take a few minutes to introduce what our service has to offer, first off our experience in computer repair for over 20 years with Apple & Microsoft certifications, we are Brampton's solution to all your tech problems, with our Help Desk team in our company to be certified in customer support, we set expectations to users, along with providing consistency at a reasonable​ cost. Our mission is to deliver new method technology solutions. Customers will feel less stress and save a lot of time and our vision is to be recognized as the excellent Help Desk service with a strong reputation.

  • We will collect data, routinely reports performance and compares results at the end of july 1st 2016 by 4%. Customers will have a better advantage to give feedback and stay in contact with our agents.
  • Goal 1: communications User benefits
  • Our feedback process will measure overall staff satisfaction, by the end of May 2016 and we will improve it by 6%. Allowing customers to feel more engaged with the topic they're acquiring​ with our agents.
  • Goal 2: People management user benefit
  • Providing excellent service quality to customers which will develop our service by 80% potentially by June 5 2016. Customers will feel more preoccupied with the topic discussed.
  • Goal 3: Service quality user benefit
  • Our Support center management will demonstrate a realistic understanding of the link between support center requirements, budgeting, staffing levels, technology and facilities and the performance results of both the support center and the enterprise, by the beginning of November 4, 2016, we will improve our performance results by 11%. Customers will have an advantage of having better financial plans with our agents
  • Goal 6: Financial user benefit
  • All the benefits for all these aspects include communication, people management, service quality, consistency and financial.
