Hello class, today I will be teaching you about bogs.
A real life example of this wetland would be the Luhasoo Bog. It is located in Estonia.
Okay students, that is all for today. Thank you!
Bogs are often very cold. Some bogs are ombrotrophic , or rain fed, which means that they get their moisture from precipitation.
This area is important to our environment because bogs prevent flooding. Bogs also release vegetative material into rivers, which feeds fish and other organisms. In addition, bogs are used by many animals for migration and reproduction.
