When the founders of the constitution got together to create it they had the trouble of being put to death. If cought the founders would be considered traitors of the british and be hung for this.
When creating the constitution the founders would have to forget about the articles of confederation! They were worried what the people would think of them.
Sometimes you have to take risks when creating something big. Just like the founders did, they took a big risk and they made one of the best descisions in the U.S.
The power of the constitution provides structure and powers to congress.
The second article made it possibe to execute laws in as the president of the United States. This made the president have only a term of four years, stated qualifications for office, and gave the power to remove him from office.
Article 3 established a Supreme Court. The Founders disagreed on how much power to give the judges, but they ultimately forbid Congress to lower their salaries while they hold office.
