  • Article 1 - Legislative Branch
  • I am a member of the House of Representatives
  • I am a member of the Senate
  • Article 2 - Executive Branch
  • I am the President of The United States and I'm the chief executive
  • Article 3 - Judicial Branch
  • I think this person is guilty
  • The House of Representatives and the Senate are the two Legislative branches. Each Representative represents a district. Each Senater represents a state.
  • Article 4 - Full Faith and Credit
  • The President is the leader of the executive branch. The executive branch includes the Vice President and other executive officials.
  • Article 5 - Amending the Constitution
  • We must amend the constitution
  • Federal Judges serve for life, unless removed for misconduct. There are 2 types of courts. They are State Supreme courts and Lower State Courts.
  • Federalism
  • The constitution established the principle of Federalism.
  • Article 5 says that states must give "full Faith and Credit" to the laws and decisions of other states. This means that states, for the most part, must accept the legal documents and actions of other states.
  • We have to accept the legal documents of New York.
  • The first amendment to the constitution was the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights has the first 10 amendments.
  • Federalism is the division of power between the Federal and State governments. Both the federal and state governments have some exclusive powers of their own,while sharing others.
