A Sprain or Strain is a twist or pull of ligaments that causes pain and some swelling.
What should I do to help it?
Think of RICE R: Rest - Rest the sprain or strain until less pain I: Ice - Put an ice pack on your injured spot for around 20 minutes for about 4 to 8 times a day. C: Compression - Help the sprain or strain by wrapping the spot with compression tape for around 2 days. E: Elevation - Raise the injured spot above heart to help swelling.
What about symptoms?
Some symptoms and signs are... Pain on joint or muscle Swelling or bruising Redness on area of pain Hard to move the area of pain
