  • My thigh hurts.
  • What is that?
  • Are you okay?
  • It may be   a  sprain or even a strain.    
  • A Sprain or Strain is  a    twist or pull of ligaments that causes pain and some swelling.
  • What should I do  to help it?
  • Think of RICE R: Rest -  Rest the sprain or strain until less pain I: Ice - Put an ice pack on your injured spot for around 20 minutes for about 4 to 8 times a day. C: Compression - Help the sprain or strain by wrapping the spot with compression tape for around 2 days. E: Elevation - Raise the injured spot above heart to help swelling.
  • What about symptoms?
  • Some symptoms and signs are... Pain on joint or muscle Swelling or bruising Redness on area of pain Hard to move the area of pain
