Introduction: Mr. Poe is taking the Baudelaire orphans to their new parent, their uncle Montgomery. They are frightened due to horrible past experiences with their previous parent, Count Olaf, who tried to steal their enormous fortune.
Initial incident: The Baudelaires are scared because Count Olaf, their previous owner who tried to steal all their fortune and even slapped Klaus, is back disguised as Montgomery's new assistant.
Nice to meet you, my name is Stephano.
Rising Action: Montgomery announces that they are all going on a trip to Peru, including Stephano (Count Olaf's disguise). This could be the perfect spot for him to capture the Baudelaire's and steal their fortune.
We're all going to Peru!
Climax: Montgomery mysteriously dies, according to Stephano, he was bit from one of his snakes. The Baudelaires knew that Stephano did it but they didnt know how to prove it.
Falling Action: The Baudaleires are finally able to discover that Count Olaf killed Montgomery so that he could take them alone to Peru and finally steal their fortune. Count Olaf captures them and tries to take them to the port in which the boat is leaving (the Prospero).
Stop the car!
Conclusion: Mr. Poe is able to arrive at just the right time to save the Baudaleire children. Count Olaf tries to create excuses but the Baudelaires prove that Stephano is Count Olaf and he tried to capture them. Count Olaf runs away one more time.
