  • Crossing the Threshold
  • Percy is introduced to the audience not aware of his true form. In this scene Percy was in a school pool seeing for how long he could last underwater. In this scene the color blue is most common since it means that the character would be a peacemaker in which Percy is the one who has to bring peace to Olympus.
  • The Ordeal
  • Percy, Grover, and Annabeth are preparing for their journey towards the Underworld. Annabeth and Percy have an argument since Percy wanted to go alone.
  • The Road Back
  • Percy and his companions arrive at the Underworld ready to confront Hades. Colors of black are used since the Underworld is a place where lots of evil has occurred.
  • Return with the Elixir
  • Hades finds Zeus's lighting bolt as it fell from Percy's shield. Hades calls his hellhounds in order to lead Percy and his companions to the fire. It was a near death experience for Percy. The color red is represented since there is violence in this scene as the setting reveals it.
  • As Percy and Annabeth were on their way to Olympus, they all of a suuden got interrupted by Luke. Luke claims that he is not letting them get to Olympus with the lightning bolt, in which he wants.
  • Percy returns to Camp Half Blood with the problem solved and peace was formed. The color green in the background is used as a representation of growth of hope and rebirth.
