Specific feedback and Praise 1

How could we simplify and rewrite this equation so that it has the general form of a linear equation? Anyone would like to come to the front of the class and show us?
-6x-3 = -3y
Ryan, thank you for volunteering. I really appreciate it.
-6x-3 = -3y (-6x-3)/(-3) = -3y/(-3)
Ryan, excellent job of showing every step of your calculation. It really helps others to clearly see how you got your final equation which is correct!
-6x-3 = -3y (-6x-3)/(-3) = -3y/(-3) 2x+1 = y y=2x + 1
Let's have a look how Joe is doing
How is it going, Joe? Any questions? Let's see where you are at.
This is great! You just have a minor error on question 2. See if you can figure that on your own. Otherwise, you are on the right track!
