A farmer accidentally ploughs the home of a tiny mouse living in the fields and feels bad afterwards as the mouse scurries away.
He feels really bad for the mouse even though he knows that it took an ear of his many corns, but it was only an ear so the farmer understands.
The farmer goes into deep thinking about the mouse and thinks that even though it lost its home, the mouse still has an easier life than the farmer. The farmer has to worry about the past,future, and present while the mouse only has to worry about the present.
