*sniffle* Why can't I throw the spear straight? I can't hunt anything!
Hello! What's the matter?
Who are you?! Get out of here!!
I'm neolithic Nathan! I am from a settlement far away. I came here for goods.
Let me show you!
What is a settlement? What are you wearing?
During the Paleolithic Era, people hunted wild animals and gathered fruits and vegetables they found. They weren't always sucessfull because they were relying on their arm alone.
This is my village. Everyone lives here. We have job specialization so people do different jobs
*gasp* NO WAY!
The transition between the paleolithic and neolithic era began about 9500 BC.
These are our farmers. They grow most of our food.
How did my people never think of this?!
People didn't start Building permanent houses or wearing warm winter clothes until the neolithic era. Moving around constantly is called being nomadic. Neolithic people travled for their goods instead of scravenging.
And that's how I live!
I'm gonna go home and tell my people about this!
In the neolithic era, people started building permanent homes to live in. They also had job specialization which means that someone built the roof, someone built the walls, and someone decorated, etc.
During the neolithic era, people mainly relied on agriculture for their fruits, vegetables, and wheat, among other things. They still hunted for meat, but they also had better tools for doing so.
