Encampment at Valley Forge
This storyboard does not have a description.
The battle-weary Patriots are suffering in terrible conditions.
The weather somewhat eased a bit in February, but it was still tough.
By March 1777, everything took a sharp turn and the Patriots were sent supplies and money from the French that helped them in the long run.
Thank you so much for everything
We are going to be helping you from now on, all of our money and supplies are going to you. Good luck
The Patriots were not going too well with surviving the cold and making sure they were fed. The army was starving and they had no chance at defeating the Redcoats. They lost hope.
The Patriots were still suffering from the bad weather but it decreased a bit, the cries in agony were painful to hear, and many people were dying of diseases still.
The French helped the Patriots out by sending them money and supplies. They joined their side. All would've been lost due to the poor condition of Washington's army.
