Storyboard Text

  • Once I reach the surface of the Earth, I will most of the time flow over the land, sometimes carrying objects with me, like rocks &  dirt. This is called a Runoff!
  • I can go through soil & be collected in a well.
  • Basically, the well collects a pool of water that came from the ground! This is called Ground Water.
  • In a body of permeable rock, which means that it can allow liquids to pass through, water droplets like me can be collected & be passed from one place to another in it.
  • (I have no pictures to show this process)
  • This is known as an Aquifer.
  • The level above the Aquifer is called a Water Table.
  • Also depending on the weather, my form can change!
  • When its really cold, I can turn into ice, the solid form of water. This is called Freezing.
  • Once temperatures rise to be warmer, ice can melt!
  • This pretty much means that the ice (solid) gets turned into a liquid once again.
  • Like the change from Winter to Spring!
  • And that was my journey through the water cycle! This cycle repeats, & never ends! It doesn't matter where you start! I hope you learned a lot from this journey! Bye!
