Storyboard Text

  • Stay right beside me. I may mess it up.
  • Stand behind this wall. He will come right away. Keep your sword out, and then stab him as far as it will go in. Do it quick and don't be afraid. I'll be here right by you. This will either make us or break us.
  • That would have really hurt me if I didn't have this armor on under my coat.
  • I know the sound of his walk. Die, Villain!
  • Now, lets see what you have on under your coat.
  • Oh! I have been stabbed! I am dead!
  • Iago tells Roderigo to stab Cassio. Roderigo does not really want to kill a man, but he feels like Iago has given him good reasons. Roderigo also says that it is only one man. It is not a big deal.
  • Murderer! He is a villain!
  • Damned you Iago! You are awful!
  • Roderigo stabs Cassio, but Cassio had armor under his coat. Cassio ends up not getting hurt.
  • No.
  • Oh, my dear Cassio! My sweet Cassio! Oh, Cassio! Cassio, Cassio!
  • You whore! Cassio, who would have stabbed you?
  • Cassio now stabs Roderigo. Roderigo did not have anything on under his coat. Roderigo cries out that he is dead. Iago then comes from behind and stabs Cassio in the leg and quickly exists. Iago wanted Cassio dead or hurt, so he could be promoted to Cassio's spot. Othello comes to check things out. Cassio is screaming that he will be crippled forever and that there is a murder. Othello says how Iago has kept his word.
  • Who is there? Is it you, Othello?
  • Yes. It is me, Desdemona.
  • Roderigo is calling for help, but he is yelling that he is a villain at the same time. Iago enters to see who is calling for help. Lodovico and Gratiano hear Cassio scream for help. Cassio tells Iago that he was stabbed by a villain. Cassio says that Roderigo was the one who stabbed him. Iago then stabs Roderigo.
  • Bianca comes in to see who is shouting. She sees that it is Cassio. Iago calls Bianca a whore and asks Cassio why someone would come after him? Iago believes that Bianca has something to do with all the trouble. Iago asks Bianca if something was going on between Rodergio and her. Cassio says there was no problem. Iago says that Bianca is getting pale. Cassio and Roderigo are carried away on a stretcher. Iago warns to keep an eye on Bianca.
  • Othello is saying to himself that he has to kill Desdemona. He fears that she will cheat on him with other men. He kisses her one last time. Othello says that he will kill her and then love her afterwards. He feels like he has to punish her. Desdemona wakes up. She asks if it is Othello. He says yes. Desdemona wants him to come to bed.
