- It is dark and foggy in a forest in Mexico while the Garza girls are walking looking for a spot to camp out and rest, but don't know what trouble their walking into.
- Climax
- El duende is a 3 foot tall gnome that stays in the foggy forest of Mexico and only comes out at night to tie up lost hitchhikers or any campers in the forest, He is a Latin American myth that has been here for years, he hunts for kids that are spoiled or cry too much, he takes kids to a cave just to harvest their toe nails and eat them .
- Falling Action
- The Garza girls are walking in the forest they come up against the myth el duende as he says " I come to take the youngest don't make it hard I just need her toenails ,as Odilia starts to spin the ear pendant El duende says not this time.
- Resolution
- Odilia freezes as el duende says not this time she tries to rush the girls to run, But then el duende ties up Pita pulling her running as fast as the wind Pita's screaming Odilia tries to chase him but stops after she trips on a log.
- When odilia gets up she's bleeding and rips a piece of her shirt and ties it up,Then all the girls start to argue and start to blame what happened on odilia. She starts to spin the ear pendant that shows the mystery theyve been looking for.
- After odilia follows the message she gets her and her sisters come upon pita tied up and el duende in the corner of the cave preparing tools and pliers for pita, Odilia and her sisters think fast enough picking up a piece of stone and launching it at el duende leg as he falls odilia goes to him and gets the key but he takes his long nails and scratches her neck so hard she falls but manages to throw the key to Juanita , El duende proceeds to crawl to Odilia who has blood gushing out her neck El duende uses all his strength and takes Odilia toenails, He starts to eat them like peanuts, while Juanita successfully unchains pita the girls run but Juanita starts crying as she runs with the remaining sisters. Sadly that's the end of the Garza girls.
