JAMESTOWN SETTLERS DEAD???
People died from diseases or illnesses. They also died from Indian attacks or starvation as well..
They also died from diseases and illnesses as well. For example, they got ill and died from drinking contaminated water or malaria. ( Jamestown Interactive )
Many also died from Indian attacks because the settlers and Indians had a bad relationship. (National Geographic Explore Jamestown)
People looked for gold which resulted in starvation since they spent more time looking for it. They also starved because there weren't a lot of supplies to eat during the winter since many animals hibernated. (Jamestown Interactive and common sense)
Instead of striving for survival, many settlers and natives died for reasons that they could've not died from.
