Jesus, and his twelve disciples, arrived in Jerusalem and crowds of people put palm leaves on the ground to commemorate his arrival. They called this Palm Sunday.
Judas who was one of the twelve disciples betrayed Jesus and went to the council and said that he would led them to Jesus to arrest him.
Since Jesus knew he was going to die he had what Christians call The Last Supper with his disciples. During this meal Jesus gave the men bead and wine saying that the bread represented his body and the wine his blood.
After the supper Jesus and one of his disciples (Peter) went outside and Jesus said to Peter "Before the rooster crows today you will disown me three times."
Suddenly Judas arrived leading a member from the council and a roman guard. He then walked up to Jesus and kissed him on the cheek, this was the signal that told the guards that this man was the one to arrest.
While Jesus was being dragged to the council, Peter followed until he couldn't go on any further and ended up with other prisoners. Suddenly one of the prisons piped up and said that she thought she had seen him with Jesus.Peter feeling embarrassed said no three times and after that the rooster crowed Peter thought back on Jesus's words.
