  • Tom meets the devil for the first time
  • "What are you doing in my grounds?"
  • "Your grounds? no more your grounds than mine: they belong to Deacon Peabody
  • Old scratch offers Tom Walker great sums of money in exchange for his soul
  • "There is my signature,"said the black man, pressing his finger on Tom's forehead
  • Ill offer you riches from Kidd's treasure, as long as you are willing to sell your soul to me 
  • "What proof have I that all you have been telling me is true?"
  • Tom reaches home and tells his wife what happened.
  • So I met the devil today and he offered me a deal. He said that he could offer me riches if I sold my soul for it, but I don't know if i want to sell my soul for some money.
  • You must absolutely sell your soul so we can be rich. If not I'm going to do it myself.
  • Chris Holtzman and Nate Leek Key Scene because this is when Tom meets the devil.
  • She goes to deal with the devil herself and even fights the devil and dies in doing so.

  • Tom collected his information and went home. This is key scene because this is when the devil offers Tom Walker the deal.
  • Tom agrees to the devils terms of becoming a usurer and charges people double of what the devil wanted too.
  • If I ever stole anyones money let's the devil take me this instant!
  • Tom's wife yells at him to sell his soul then goes to see the devil. This is a key scene because this scene makes the wife want to deal with the devil herself.

  • Tom finds her heart and liver in a tree in a blanket and Tom really doesn't care. This is a key scene because it shows how heartless and hateful Tom is.
  • She put up a fight against old scratch, HAHA.
  • In Tom's later years, a customer was confronting Tom about stealing his money and Tom eventually gets taken away by the devil as his life ends. This is a key scene because it shows how the story and Tom's life ends.
  • Its time to go Tom.
