  • Joe:The government doesn't have any money of their own. Some taxes help pay for our health programs.This is a shared power
  •  Are there any differences between national and state government powers?
  • The national powers of the government  has the power to declare war ,establish foreign policy which is designed to further certain goals.
  • The (US Const, 10th Admendment) states  only powers not assigned by the US Constitution are reserved to the states
  • The states government has the power to establish and maintain schools such as this school.

  • And conduct elections so citizens can vote

  • The US constitution did create the best government possible, laws ,education and much help and protect most citizens
